Co-managing partner of Harroch Real Estate Monaco, Marjorie CROVETTO holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in law, giving her solid legal skills and enabling her to provide her clients with sound advice on legal issues relating to real estate.

An experienced and versatile real estate agent, she has been in the business for nearly 15 years. Before becoming an expert in the real estate sector, Marjorie CROVETTO gained valuable experience as a notary’s clerk, during which she was able to develop an in-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding real estate transactions and management.

Marjorie CROVETTO is also Monaco’s deputy mayor, which gives her a good understanding of local issues and familiarity with development projects and urban planning. Thanks to this experience, it is able to offer properties that meet the specific needs of its customers, while taking into account future developments in the city.

Within the agency, she is in charge of the rental management department and professionally manages over 50 apartments entrusted to her, maintaining excellent relations with both owners and tenants.
